Meet the Owner

Coach Shawn has been coaching gymnastics for over 40 years and has taught thousands from toddlers to teens to adults. He has coached gymnasts up through Level 10 National Championships. He has a passion for making sure every athlete he works with leaves healthier, stronger, and more confident than before.
